Role Overview
The Inside Sales Consultant is a new business sales role, responsible for driving customer acquisition across Australia and New Zealand, with a focus on small businesses.
This role requires a closer mindset and a high velocity sales approach, owning the full sales cycle from inbound lead to close. The successful candidate will be commercially-driven and motivated by performance-based earnings.
This is a hybrid role with the successful candidate required to work from our Brisbane-based office at least three days per week.

Key Responsibilities
* Work with free trial prospects in converting them into paying customers through a high volume of outbound calls
* Inspire small business owners, entrepreneurs and marketers to grow their businesses with our continually evolving suite of digital marketing solutions
* Conduct discovery calls and needs analysis to determine how to best help prospects based on their needs and marketing challenges
* Close business with new customers on a daily basis.
Performance & Success Measures
* Achievement and overachievement of new business revenue targets
* Conversion rates from opportunity to close
* Consistent daily, weekly call / email / meeting activity levels
Experience & Requirements
* Minimum 1 years' experience in a SaaS or software-based sales environment
* Proven success in a new business / hunter role, managing the full-cycle from prospecting through to close
* Motivated by a fast sales cycle
* A strong commercial drive and hunger to win new business
* Experience selling into small businesses
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* High level of self-motivation, resilience, and competitive drive
* Familiarity with Australia and New Zealand market.
