Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Assisting with payroll processing, data entry, purchase order and invoice management, reconciliations, and cost control
* Streamlining accounting, payment, and payroll processes to support operational objectives
* Providing general office support, including reception tasks, report preparation, and scheduling meetings and teleconferences
* Assisting with other administrative functions and cross-training in key roles to support business continuity
