Join our skilled OSHC team as a Part-Time Coordinator, sharing the role with an experienced Coordinator who works three days per week.
This opportunity is ideal for an Assistant Coordinator ready to take the next step, or a Coordinator wanting experience in a larger service, or someone seeking a great work–life balance.
The role offers part-time with a mix of before- and after-school care shifts. The service is licensed for 165 children and delivers before school, after school, and vacation care programs.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operation of our Before and After School Care and Vacation Care programs, ensuring a safe and enriching environment.
* Lead a dedicated team of educators, inspiring and supporting them to bring out their best.
* Develop and implement innovative, play-based programs that cater to our children's interests and needs.
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community, fostering a sense of belonging.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of care and safety.
Requirements of the Role
* Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
* Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.
* Consent to being the Nominated Supervisor.
* Strong understanding of Childcare legislation, including National Quality Framework, Standards, and My Time Our Place.
* Previous childcare service management experience.
* Child Protection training is required for this role.
* Proficient with childcare management software (Xplor preferred).
* Demonstrated leadership skills for team development.
