As a Personal Care Assistant, you will work closely with a dedicated team to create a safe and home-like environment for residents. Your primary responsibilities include assisting with personal care such as showering and dressing, supporting day-to-day tasks like eating and social activities, working with clinical team members to ensure care plans are followed, maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to a collaborative team effort to optimize the health and wellbeing of our residents.
