Fenton Financial is growing, and we are looking for a relationship-driven Financial Planner to join our team. We have offices in QLD - Coomera and in Vic, Prahran and Mornington. The role can also be 100% remote.
This is an opportunity to step into an established advice environment with strong referral pathways, an active client waiting list, and direct mentorship from respected adviser Andrew Fenton.
You'll work with clients who value long‐term thinking, strategic guidance, and personalised advice — not transactional sales.

About the Role
As a Financial Planner at fentonfinancial.com.au, you will manage and grow a portfolio of advice clients while delivering tailored wealth strategies across a broad range of financial planning areas.
Working closely with the Principal Adviser and senior team, you will help clients navigate their financial future with clarity and confidence.
This is a collaborative, education-focused environment where technical capability, trust, and long‐term client outcomes matter.
What You'll Be Doing
Client Relationships & Strategy
* Manage and grow an existing portfolio of advice clients
* Conduct client discovery meetings and onboard new clients from our existing waitlist and referral network
* Develop tailored financial strategies aligned with client goals and life stages
* Build trusted long‐term relationships through proactive communication and quality advice
Holistic Financial Advice
* Superannuation and SMSF
* Personal insurance
* Wealth creation and retirement planning
* Tax‐effective structuring in collaboration with professional partners
Client Education
* Help clients better understand their financial position and options
* Simplify complex financial concepts into practical, actionable guidance
* Support clients to make informed and confident financial decisions
Professional Development
* Work directly alongside experienced advisers and industry specialists
* Continue developing your technical, strategic, and relationship management skills
* Participate in ongoing mentoring and professional learning opportunities
What We're Looking For
You may already be an experienced Financial Planner or an Associate Adviser ready to step into a client‐facing advisory role.
We're looking for someone who is:

* Commercially minded with strong interpersonal skills
* Passionate about holistic financial advice
* Confident communicating with clients from diverse backgrounds
* Organised, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement

Preferred Experience & Qualifications
* FASEA/education requirements met or progressing toward completion
* Experience within financial planning or wealth advisory
* Strong understanding of holistic advice strategies
* RG146 compliant
