This exciting role will utilise your construction and contract management skills and offer the opportunity to grow and develop further as a specialist in your field, some key responsibilities include: Manage the scope of works and auditing of in office construction activities on behalf of our client Administerconstruction contract on behalf of client as the superintendent representative including
Assessment of contractors documentation Assessment of contractors claims Assessment of contract Programs, & EOTs a Assessment & Monitoring of contractor Inspection Test Plans /SWMS/ Project Management Plan / Environmental Management Plan /Safety Management Plan/ Traffic Management Plan Monitoring works on site and identification of any issues including Site Safety
Liaise with authorities, clients, contractors and other stakeholders. Liaise with and provide advice to the Project and Construction Managers on project related issues.
