Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to lead our operations on a temporary basis. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the day-to-day management of a major client account, managing a portfolio of commercial office buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the delivery of hard and soft services to the site, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
* Monitor and direct contractor performance, ensuring that all contracts are properly executed and align with the scope and intent of the agreement.
* Develop and implement an operational plan for the property, overseeing contractors, staff, and property services in line with established standards and objectives.
Requirements
* Previous experience in facilities management within commercial property.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, and staff.
* Proven track record in delivering and improving operational efficiencies.
