Overview
Clinical Manager to join South Grafton Community Aged Care, a brand-new 144-bed residence opening in early December 2025. You’ll work closely with the Residential Manager to provide clinical leadership and oversee the delivery of high-quality care to our future residents. You will also have close support from Operations, Support Services, Quality, HR, Finance, IT and Funding within this growing national organisation.

What Does It Take to Join Us?
- Ideally at least 2+ years experience as a Clinical Manager or in a similar role in a large aged care workplace
- Excellent and up-to-date clinical knowledge and assessment skills
- Experience in staff supervision and development
- Working knowledge of funding and accreditation processes
- Knowledge of care planning
- Empathy and genuine care
- Top-notch communication skills
- Natural leadership and team spirit
- A passion for continuous improvement
- Whole-person awareness (physical, social, emotional needs)
- Time management skills
- Confident with technology and digital records
- Sharp clinical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Essential Requirements
- National Police Check (within the last 12 months)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check for NDIS homes
- RN Qualification with AHPRA Registration – current and unrestricted
