About the Role:
We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth across Queensland. In this pivotal role, you will:
* Develop and execute QLD-focused growth strategies to expand our market presence
* Build and nurture a high-performing agent network across key regions
* Identify and secure strategic business opportunities in the logistics sector and other related sectors
* Establish strong client relationships with key accounts and distributors
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed sales targets
What You'll Do:
* Hunt and sign new dealers in untapped QLD markets
* Get new partners up to speed with product training and sales tools
* Build relationships with key end-users in resource sectors
* Hit quarterly targets for new accounts and revenue
* Be the face of Heli at industry events statewide
What We're After:
* 5+ years in B2B sales (machinery, mining, or related field)
* Proven track record of growing dealer networks
* Ability to read the market and spot opportunities
* Strong negotiator who can close deals
* Willingness to travel across QLD regularly
* Forklift licence (or willingness to get one)
