We are seeking a sales and application specialist with expertise in diagnostic testing to join our team. You will drive sales growth, manage key customer relationships, and provide technical support to scientists and labs across the region.
This is a client-facing role for a motivated professional supporting our key product ranges across immunology and molecular infectious disease testing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow sales across a defined portfolio of diagnostic products
* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
* Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and training
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
* Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to support customers
Requirements include 5+ years in the scientific diagnostic industry, experience in allergy and/or molecular testing will be an advantage.
Additional qualifications include 5+ years working with scientific equipment (operation & applications) and 3+ years in sales or a commercial scientific role.
Key skills include strong commercial acumen and willingness to learn, excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
