What's On Offer
* Hourly rate: $55- $65 (dependent on experience)
* Roster: 3 weeks on / 1 week off
* Hours: 6:00am - 6:00pm
* Project Duration: Approx. 4- 6 months

Key Responsibilities
* Operate the grader to shape and level road surfaces, including subgrade and base, to the required design.
* Trim to final levels, making sure drainage, camber, and finish are spot on.
* Read plans, string lines, or work with GPS systems to get the correct heights and alignment.
* Carry out daily machine checks and keep the grader running safely and efficiently.
* Work closely with rollers, water carts, and supervisors to keep the job flowing.
* Stay aware of surroundings - it's a high-skill role working around other plant and tight tolerances.
