Keystar Autoworld is seeking an experienced Deal Processing & Accounts Clerk to join our busy dealership administration team in Rothwell.
This is not an entry-level administration role. We are specifically looking for someone with previous dealership administration and deal processing experience who can confidently step into a fast-paced environment and hit the ground running.

About the Role
You will play a key role in the accurate processing of vehicle deals and supporting dealership accounts and administration functions. Attention to detail, time management, and prior automotive industry experience are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end processing of vehicle sales deals
Maintaining accurate deal and compliance records
Processing invoices and assisting with reconciliations
Supporting accounts administration functions
Liaising with sales staff, financiers, customers, and suppliers
Assisting the administration team with daily dealership operations
What We're Looking For
Strong understanding of dealership paperwork and sales processes
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high-volume environment
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
Highly Regarded:
Experience using ERA/Pentana or similar dealership systems
Registration and compliance knowledge
