At AFM, we provide tailored facilities management solutions, specialising in gutter cleaning, water damage restoration, and mould remediation. Our clients include property managers, schools, government departments, and commercial property owners. With demand for property health services growing, we're seeking a Sales Executive to expand our reach and grow client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Prospect and secure new contracts in facilities management and remediation services.
* Build relationships with property managers, strata companies, and commercial clients.
* Prepare and deliver professional proposals, quotes, and scopes of work.
* Cross-sell additional FM services (pressure washing, carpet shampooing, handyman, etc.).
* Attend networking events ( FMA, industry groups) to build referral pipelines.
* Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in B2B sales (facilities management, property, or construction preferred).
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
* Knowledge of property maintenance, restoration, or compliance frameworks is a bonus.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
* Confident communicator who can simplify technical services for clients.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 – 38 per week
