Responsibilities
Assisting the business tax team with its client portfolio. Utilising your ATT/CTA qualification, gaining exposure to a broad range of OMB clients. Working on a range of tax matters and dealing with tax issues related to acquisitions and sales. Working on R&D matters, loan relationships, share schemes, tax due diligence, EIS/SEIS, and corporate group restructuring, among others. As this is a senior role, assisting with and reviewing the work of more junior staff members and providing coaching and training as and when needed. Liaising with other departments within the firm, including the corporate tax team and audit teams. Shadowing more senior tax staff, supporting them on projects and client relationships.
