THE ROLE
This is a pivotal role with responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from conception to final completion, within HSE, quality, budget, and program requirements.
* Will provide overall leadership and management of the project team
* Leads by example and further develops our Safety 1st Always Works behaviours and attitudes within the workforce
* Takes time to understand our clients' needs along with expectations and aims to exceed them
* Understands the importance of getting it right first time, so sets up and manages projects accordingly

About YOU
* Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
* Extensive project management experience with regards to road infrastructure projects (TMR experience will be highly regarded)
* Sound professional engineering knowledge to identify and resolve issues
* Effective leadership and people management skills
* Sound negotiating skills and extensive experience in negotiating within a contractual environment
* Excellent competency in project delivery and financial reporting
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* Ability to work autonomously within a team environment
* Ability to work away from home when required
* Ability to continually challenge assumptions and methods and recommend initiatives
