We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive our in‐house software development projects.
Responsibilities
* Drive the development of internal tools to optimise business processes by gathering user feedback, identifying pain points, and translating insights into a well‐defined product roadmap.
* Ensure the roadmap is aligned with internal user needs and expectations, increasing adoption and maximising the product's impact on operational efficiency.
* Analyse market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation.
* Collaborate with the software team to ensure timely delivery of high‐quality features and enhancements.
* Work closely with well‐defined user groups to deeply understand their challenges and deliver solutions that drive measurable impact, ensuring a clear ROI for stakeholders.
* Manage projects from initiation to completion, coordinating team efforts, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
* Align goals with organisational objectives, ensuring a shared vision and strategic execution.
* Successfully complete projects within budget while meeting or exceeding client expectations.
* Encourage teamwork, innovation, and the use of effective project‐management methodologies to achieve milestones.
* Work closely with business leaders to ensure product success and smooth launches.
* Track key metrics and optimise based on user feedback and performance data.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in product management within a software or tech‐driven industry.
* Understanding of software development and Agile methodologies.
* Ability to analyse data and make recommendations to the business.
* Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Skilled in handling multiple projects in a fast‐paced environment.
* Experience with Jira, Trello, Asana, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
