Account Manager
Roster: Monday to Friday
Location: Based out of our Port Hedland office (no FIFO).
About the Role
You will oversee client relationships and daily account operations, ensuring efficient recruitment processes and seamless service delivery through effective internal and client-facing coordination.
Skills & Experience
* Proven strong administration experience in a similar role
* Valid driver's licence (with flexibility to travel)
* Management or supervisory experience in a related field (desirable)
* Exposure to recruitment or labour hire environments (advantageous)
* Construction Industry Induction Card (or willingness to obtain)
Duties & Responsibilities Commercial & Financial Administration
* Preparing and submitting quotes for approval
* Raising and managing purchase orders
* Reviewing and reconciling supplier and contractor invoices
* Completing monthly contractor reports
* Reviewing and updating new policies and procedures as required
Business Development
* Collaborate with management to review operational and sales performance to ensure performance objectives are being reached
* Effectively communicate with clients with integrity, delivering on all promises communicated to meet and exceed client expectations
* Actively promote the company, recognise opportunities, and provide potential leads to team
People & Contractor Management, HSE
* Coordination of recruitment and onboarding processes
* Communicate all work requirements, plans, site information and timelines to recruitment team
* Ensuring mobilisation deadlines and all compliance-based requirements are completed in a timely and satisfactory manner
* Engages with the HSE and Injury Management Consultants to obtain specialist advice, guidance or support when require
