Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliability of our production facility. As part of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our assets are safe and reliable, whilst identifying operational improvement opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing high-level and detailed problem-solving
* Routine maintenance and calibration of field instrumentation, PLC units, and SCADA systems
* Ensuring integrity of documentation, software, data, systems, and SAP data entry is accurate and up-to-date
* Conducting asset management activities
* Performing checks to ensure beverage and packaging equipment are in spec and set up correctly
* Development of Manufacturing Team Members through autonomous maintenance coaching
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience in FMCG beverage manufacturing
* Experience in reliability management
* Lean manufacturing industry experience
