About the role
We are seeking a Yard Person/MC Driver to join our ever-growing team with work in our Adelaide depot and across Metropolitan Adelaide.
This is the perfect role for a driver/forklift operator who is looking for some diversity in their day.
Based in Adelaide, South Australia.
Ongoing and reliable working hours on offer due to the nature and consistency of the work we do.
Free onsite parking.
Specialised training in refrigerated freight transport will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Yard work from 4AM - involving safely organising the yard, operating a forklift to load and unload freight, washing and cleaning of vehicles and supporting the operations department as required.
Completing local deliveries where required.
Skills & experience
MC licence.
Temperature controlled freight knowledge desirable.
Will require all successful candidates to do a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol test.
Must be able to reverse a trailer, coupling and uncoupling experience is necessary.
Guaranteed Monday - Friday work - no late nights required.
Overtime opportunities are available during peak periods and weekends.
Uniform supplied.
On the job Driver Training Team provided.
Well maintained and modern fleet of trucks.
