* ASO3 salary range $71,589 - $76,033 p.a. + super
* Based at Salisbury campus / Kaurna Country
The Opportunity
Administration Service Officer is pivotal in delivering outstanding customer service and providing crucial administrative support to the Education Team, ensuring the continuous operation of the AMEP and/or SEE team. This role demands a high degree of accuracy and consistency to effectively meet all administrative compliance requirements. Key responsibilities include coordinating the administrative functions of the Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) and/or the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program.
What We're Looking For
* Well-developed interpersonal skills with experience working with clients from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, including those with varying levels of English proficiency.
* Experience in providing a range of administrative duties, including database functions (input and retrieval), file management, advanced word processing, and use of various computer software packages including advanced data entry, MS Word and Excel skills.
* Demonstrates high-level organisational skills, including the ability to plan and prioritise multiple tasks to tight deadlines, manage variable workloads, identify priorities, and ensure data accuracy while working under general direction.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
