This role acts as a central contact for program participants, facilitators, steering committee members, and other stakeholders, including divisional leadership, branch leaders, and team leaders.The Program Lead plays a key role in designing, implementing, and overseeing these programs, providing support and coaching to participants, and working with the steering committee to meet evolving program objectives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing talent and ensuring programs support Amwins' long-term vision.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Planning & Coordination: Develop and implement program events and meetings, including logistics and training materials, aligned with divisional goals.Manage planning and execution of in-person training sessions, including logistics, facilitators, agendas, and materials.Assist in designing and developing new content, articulating learning objectives, and creating training materials.Participant Support & Engagement: Serve as the main contact for participants, facilitators, and stakeholders to facilitate program execution and improvement.Manage annual program cycles, including information sessions, onboarding, and graduation processes.Prepare and distribute program materials, updates, and briefs.Provide ongoing support, guidance, and coaching to participants and managers.Measure Program Efficacy: Track performance metrics, solicit feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Maintain accurate records of all program activities and training materials.Minimum RequirementsAt least 5 years of experience in a corporate setting, preferably with event and educational project management.Excellent communication and influencing skills at all management levels.Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leaders.Ability to analyze data and develop recommendations.Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, and related tools.Experience hosting MS Teams meetings, including coordinating and moderating.Physical Demands and Work HoursLight physical activity, lifting up to 30 pounds occasionally.Up to 20% travel may be required.Work hours are typically 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with flexibility as needed.Additional DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Human ResourcesIndustry: InsuranceThis job posting is active.
