Overview

At FICO, we are always looking for exceptional talent to drive our ambitious growth strategy. This general posting is for outstanding talent who specialize in enterprise technology sales and client relationship management within the financial services sector. We are looking for an addition to our Global Platform Software Sales Team based in Australia, to represent the FICO Platform as the Solution Sales Executive (SSE). The SSE role is an overlay sales position partnering with Key Account Managers and Pre‐Sales teams, carrying a quota for a dedicated set of Enterprise Accounts, and responsible for driving initial adoption (Land) and growth (Expand) of the Platform.

What You'll Contribute

* Work with existing and new customers to understand their key initiatives in Consumer Lending and Retail Banking across Marketing, Originations, Customer Management, Personalisation, Collections and Fraud, sharing expertise in Decisioning, Analytics and Optimization.
* Build relationships with senior client stakeholders in Business and Technology to gain insights into their most urgent decision‐management challenges while articulating FICO's platform capabilities.
* Research and shape potential solution opportunities through collaborative engagement with Key Account Managers, Pre‐Sales Domain Experts and Pre‐Sales Architects to formulate and effectively position solution proposals.
* Ensure clients are delighted with purchased solutions to create long‐term, profitable relationships.
* Collaborate across FICO teams – Global Solution Architecture, Product Development, Finance and Professional Services – to shape a cohesive sales effort that educates customers on the business value of the FICO Platform.
* Work with large financial institutions and leaders in other sectors.
* Manage sales to quarterly and annual targets, with significant earnings upside when targets are exceeded.

What We're Seeking

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
* Strong track record building relationships and understanding client industry and business/technology challenges.
* Demonstrated success structuring and selling complex, enterprise software solutions to large clients in financial services or banking.
* Knowledge or experience in Consumer Lending, Credit Risk, Account Management, Retail Banking and Fraud is a plus.
* Deep interest or experience in data‐driven decision management, behavioural profiling, decision orchestration, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Simulation and Optimization in SaaS offerings.
* Passion to learn and educate customers and colleagues through presentations and conversations; strong soft skills and a genuine interest in people.
* Ability to work hard under tight deadlines and thrive in high‐pressure situations.
* Collaborative working style that celebrates teammates' strengths.
* Ability to travel up to 50% of the business week.
