IT Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking an IT Technical Support Specialist to fill a key role in our organisation. As a member of the IT team, you will be responsible for delivering end-user support, both on-site and remotely, as well as technical assistance within the factory environment.
* Provide technical assistance to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth operation of applications and devices.
* Maintain and upgrade factory IT devices, including equipment operating in harsh environments.
* Monitor connectivity, perform basic server and network checks, and assist with security measures.
* Support Microsoft 365 applications, manage user accounts, and participate in maintaining IT security protocols.
* Contribute to small-scale IT projects, troubleshoot efforts across various sites, and develop skills and knowledge continuously.
