About The Role
Join the Supply Services Purchasing team at Grampians Health Ballarat and play a key role in supporting the procurement and delivery of goods across the organisation! You'll help ensure equipment and supplies are ordered efficiently, catalogued accurately, and delivered on time to meet internal client needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and manage purchase orders for approval
* Obtain supplier quotes and coordinate freight returns
* Maintain up-to-date product and supplier knowledge
* Update and manage the purchasing catalogue
* Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues
* Provide leadership and technical guidance to the purchasing team
Skills & Experience
* Tertiary qualification or experience in procurement (preferred)
* Strong Microsoft Office and intermediate computer skills
* Knowledge of Epicor and ARM (Precise) systems a plus
* Strong customer service focus and communication skills
* Must hold a current Victorian Driver's Licence
