This role gives you the chance to be part of a large-scale rollout, helping venue teams feel confident using TAB terminals from day one. As part of our Retail Operations team, you'll deliver practical, engaging training that supports adoption and keeps things running smoothly in real environments.
Your role, your impact
Reporting to the Retail Operations and Capability Manager, you will deliver training as part of a TAB terminal rollout across retail venues. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you'll be running sessions, working directly with venue staff, and bringing the rollout to life on the ground.
* Deliver training across pubs, clubs, and retail venues
* Run engaging face-to-face and virtual training sessions
* Adapt your approach to suit different audiences and venue environments
* Deliver train-the-trainer sessions during rollout periods
* Maintain training records and capture feedback from sessions
* Work closely with other facilitators to ensure consistent delivery
Your game-changing qualities
You're a confident, practical facilitator who enjoys working face-to-face with people and helping them build confidence quickly. You bring energy to your sessions, keep things simple, and are comfortable working in busy, real-world environments.
* Experience delivering training, facilitation, or group sessions
* Ability to engage a mix of audiences, including retail or hospitality teams
* Strong organisation skills and a flexible, get-it-done mindset
* Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
* Confident using digital tools for training and admin
* Willingness to travel regularly across venues
