About the Role
As the Art/Visual Communication Teacher, you will deliver a diverse teaching load across Years 7-10, with a particular emphasis on Years 9-10 Digital Art, plus additional classes to complete a full-time load. This is a Long Service Leave cover opportunity across Term 3 and Term 4, making it ideal for someone who can step in, build rapport quickly, and maintain program momentum.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons
* Maintain continuity of learning and assessment across the semester cover
* Create a classroom culture that supports creativity, effort and positive learning behaviours
* Assess student work, provide timely feedback, and maintain accurate records
* Collaborate with the Arts team to support consistent planning and curriculum delivery
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in Education
* Current or pending Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration
* Demonstrated experience teaching Art and/ or Visual Communication across secondary year levels
* Strong classroom practice, organisation, and ability to build relationships quickly
