Job Overview
This role is responsible for managing the payroll process for 215 staff, ensuring accurate and timely payments. The position is permanent and full-time or part-time (4 days per week) with flexibility to work from home.
Key Details
* You will collaborate closely with finance and People & Culture teams in a supportive environment.
* Experience in MYOB or SAP transfers is beneficial but not essential.
* The fortnightly payroll requires availability on Monday to Wednesday during those weeks.
* Non-payroll weeks are flexible depending on business needs.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years of payroll experience, preferably 3+ years, is required.
* Excellent communication skills, proactivity, and reliability are expected.
* Detailed focus, numerical ability, and reporting skills are necessary.
