IT Support Professional
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Professional to join our team. As an IT Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to staff across multiple locations.
You will diagnose and resolve issues within assigned network access levels, escalating unresolved problems as necessary. You will also log issues and resolutions to aid in reporting, trend analysis, and ensure seamless customer service within the team.
Maintaining computers, networks, and IT resources efficiently and cost-effectively is a key aspect of this role. You will also manage telecommunications (mobile phone replacements) and electronic infrastructure (printers, copiers, end user devices), ensuring minimal downtime, and support regional IT champions and equipment during site visits.
