Multiple roles available within top 4 bank based in Parramatta, excellent location close to public transport and restaurant hub.
You will be a key Member of the Mortgage Operations Team within Group Operations (GOPCS) and your role will be paramount to helping deliver to all customers and clients. This role contributes to our clients vision by managing and meeting their customer's settlement needs, ensuring a seamless settlement process and helping our customers to get into their homes. As well as processing of settlements in a timely manner including liaising with other banks, solicitors and PEXA (for e-settlements).

- Verifying all documentation is correct and meets standard expectations of Westpac and any regulatory bodies.
- Be proactive in anticipating customer's needs and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to help customers with their settlement requirements.
- Utilise analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to effectively solve for customer's settlement and post settlement requirements. Use sound judgement and decision making in the process.

**Experience required**:
- Ideally you will have banking or settlements lending experience within a similar role
- Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Will have an eagerness to learn and want to grow and develop within their career within the bank
