About The Role
- Manage projects from initial concept through to completion.
- Coordinate design and documentation.
- Run large projects independently and lead the team.
- Work efficiently under pressure and meet tight timeframes.
- Present, pitch and liaise with clients including 3D renderings, coloured floorplans and finishes boards.
- Complete FF&E; schedules.
- Develop concepts and preliminary design.
We are seeking a talented Mid‑Senior Interior Designer for long‑term growth and development. This role will manage a pipeline of projects, lead a small team, and ensure delegation and timeliness. Strong communication, client consultation, and design trend awareness are essential.
About You
- Minimum of 5 years experience.
- Interior Design degree or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential.
- Proven Hospitality design experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of design, detailing and construction process.
- Knowledge of Building Code of Australia and other industry regulations.
You are a dedicated, passionate designer eager to expand skills within large‑scale hospitality projects. You are a team player who handles projects from concept to completion and participates in workshops for growth. You present a confident, approachable personality and understand the D&C; process.
