About the role As the Assistant Showroom and Design Manager, you will be the leader of our sales team dealing with the general public, as well as interior designers, architects and builders.
You will ensure the team provides superior customer service and be involved in selection consultations and previews.
You will engage our customers with enthusiasm and always maintain an impeccable sense of professionalism and style.
Responsibilities Include Collaborate with the Showroom and Design Manager on back-of-house tasks including rostering, reporting and more Ensure Sales and Margin targets are met and exceeded Manage and complete daily and weekly operational tasks.
Act as a brand ambassador and lead by example Ensure store visual merchandising standards represent the brand and optimise sales Train, mentor and coach Team Members to work towards goals and succession planning Skills
