Job Title: Asset Manager

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Asset Manager with a strong ability to manage, track, and maintain assets efficiently. As an asset manager, you will oversee the administration and physical control of Government/customer property ensuring functional procedures/processes are in compliance with the requirements of the Government Program Manager and site appendix.
Your duties will include establishing a department/function/program property coordinator/custodian system, generating, coordinating, submitting for publication, and implementing revisions or changes to the site Government/customer property procedures/work instructions. You will also establish/maintain control records, coordinate property management matters with all affected departments/organizations/groups, support property reviews and audits, and act as the site's primary contact point with the AGPC organization.
The ideal candidate must be a US or Australian Citizen, possess a US TS/SCI with Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance, have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a property coordinator, knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements, strong organizational and planning skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
