Seeking a temporary receptionist to work part-time (4 days per week) for a 7 week contract - office located in West Perth.

Description
* Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional reception area.
* Answer all incoming phone calls; take messages and direct to appropriate contact.
* Manage Email Inbox: 3 separate inboxes to manage.
* Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure facilities are well‐maintained.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and organise courier services.
* Maintain office supplies and organise stock replenishment as required.
* Organise catering for internal events.
* Ad‐hoc administration support to the wider office and management.
Profile
* Previous experience in a reception or administrative role essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‐focused approach.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Pronto advantageous.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
* A professional and friendly demeanour with a high level of attention to detail.
* A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
