Job Overview
The organization is seeking a qualified professional to lead, develop and facilitate targeted group work programs in the Mt Alexander area. The successful applicant will deliver evidence-based therapies to individuals accessing mental health and wellbeing services.
This role involves developing support plans, working with multidisciplinary teams, and providing clinical management. Key responsibilities include making linkages and building relationships with local supports for older people to maintain or create a range of community resources.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary degree in Social Work, eligibility for membership to the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), and experience in wellbeing supports using a recovery-oriented approach.
Candidates should have knowledge and clinical experience in flexible therapeutic support services, assessment, brief intervention, treatment planning and evaluation.
