The Role
Reporting into the Manager of IT Service Management, you will play a key part in establishing ITIL and ITSM across the organisation whilst ensuring operational excellence. You will also need to focus on delivering services that meet the needs of the business whilst being regulatory compliant.
Your remit:
Coach ITIL extending maturity across the IT team
Build operational procedures, process and policies
Manage and monitor operational compliance issues
Perform Line 1 control tests for IT processes
Create & deliver a standard set of operationally ready platform products
Ensure ITSM tools are updated consistently
Investigate complex performance deviations to drive adherence

In return for this great role, you will need:
Expertise leading full lifecycle ITIL implementations
Experience with ITIL tools such as ServiceNow or Cherwell
Skills in developing and implementing ITSM/ITIL processes & solutions
IT risk management knowledge
High level BA skills - "as is/to be"
Knowledge of ISO 27001, ITIL, ISO 2000, CMMI, Six Sigma
ITIL v3 Certification
