Job Description:
As a commercially-minded National Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading major retail customers and driving sustainable growth.
* Account Management: Manage and grow national retail accounts, including Coles and Woolworths.
* Data-Driven Strategies: Develop customer plans using category, shopper, and market insights.
* Joint Business Planning: Lead the JBP process, negotiate reviews, and drive execution across commercial levers.
* Commercial Excellence: Own forecasting, promotional planning, pricing, and trade spend optimization.
* Distribution and Range Opportunities: Identify opportunities to strengthen in-store presence.
* Innovation and Execution: Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, and NPD to deliver customer-focused innovation.
* Business Recommendations: Provide clear recommendations based on emerging trends and performance analytics.
