What you'll do
* Delight Telstra customers with outstanding in-store service and guide them through the customer journey.
* Identify the products and services customers need to transform their telecommunications experience.
* Build connections with a variety of new and existing customers and develop customised solutions for them.
* Create and execute solutions that help customers connect faster, better, and smarter.
* Support and learn about the latest tech and gadgets through ongoing training.
We're hiring
* Locations: Toowoomba (Grand Central); Warwick; Dalby
* Roles: Casual, Part Time, and Full-Time available
* Store hours vary; search your store for specifics

* Ability to easily build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
* Appetite to quickly develop customised solutions for customers
* Drive to reach (and exceed) sales targets and KPIs
* Learns and grows within the role
