Administrative Support Role
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to assist with the coordination and delivery of training activities. This full-time, on-site contract will be based in Woden, ACT.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage stock control and distribution of educational materials
* Enter and process data relating to learning activities
* Plan, coordinate, and manage both online and in-person training
* Liaise with and coordinate facilitators, venues, catering and logistics
* Procure and manage contracts for training services
* Assist with participant registrations, including travel bookings and post-event feedback
* Set up webinars and virtual workshops
* Maintain accurate electronic records (RSVPs, invitations, and documentation)
About You
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office Suite.
1. Exceptional customer service and data entry skills
2. Cultural awareness and sensitivity when engaging with First Nations peoples and organisations

Requirements
* Experience with government procurement processes (essential)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
