We are seeking experienced Data Management Officers to join our Data Management branch.
As a Data Management Officer, you will contribute to one or more of the following key functions:
* supporting the development and delivery of data and analytics governance policies (data use, sharing, AI, automation, analytics), conformance and assurance frameworks
* supporting the development and delivery of operational guidelines, as well as expert support and advice to ATO and business partners, to ensure data is legally and ethically sourced and managed across the data lifecycle
* onboarding data, data quality and identity matching to make data available for enterprise data and analytics solutions, including the ATO's Prefill and Tax Time services
* managing data governance tools and data platforms through operational support and technical controls
* enabling data discovery and promoting data stewardship through catalogue integration with enterprise products
You will also be responsible for contributing to planning and coordination of work in your area, supporting local leadership and building a strong team culture.
