Our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to work a hybrid WFH and in‐office role.

The Role
* Managing a portfolio of circa 160 properties
* Minimal out‐of‐office duties
* Dedicated assistant for out of office duties
* Liaising with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople
* Maintenance and repairs
* Preparing for and attending QCAT as required
* Ensuring compliance is up to date
The Requirements
* 2-3 years experience in Property Management
* The ability to work from home and autonomously without supervision
* Hard‐working and honest work ethic
* Trustworthy and reliable
* Current QLD Certificate of Registration
* Drivers license
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships
