This role provides the opportunity to work on complex cloud environments, support critical healthcare systems and implement best-practice cloud solutions that directly impact patient care.
Day to day duties include:
* Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments.
* Implement automated deployment pipelines using Terraform.
* Ensure cloud systems meet healthcare compliance requirements, including secure access, logging, and monitoring.
* Continuously monitor cloud resources, optimise cost, performance, and capacity, and troubleshoot complex issues.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, IT operations, and security, to support cloud-native applications and CI/CD pipelines.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation, guidelines, and cloud governance policies.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience managing AWS and Azure environments.
* Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code.
* Strong understanding of cloud security, networking, and governance principles.
* Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and compliance standards is a plus.
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud automation tools.
* Ability to troubleshoot complex cloud and hybrid infrastructure issues.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
