Full Time Pharmacist (with Management and Potential Ownership Opportunity)
At Nightingales Pharmacy & Newsagency Kalamunda we are looking to hire an enthusiastic and patient‐centred Pharmacist to join our team on a full‐time basis.
You will be a key member of our pharmacist team, providing a full range of professional pharmacy services while playing an important role in the daily management of the dispensary under the guidance of the pharmacy owners.
This role is ideal for a pharmacist who enjoys building relationships with patients, working closely with a team, taking ownership of the dispensary and wanting to progress in their career.
Responsibilities
* Co‐ordinate and provide patient care and professional pharmacy services
* Manage and oversee dispensary workflow
* Support pharmacy assistants
* Deliver high‐quality health and medication advice and counselling
* Contribute to the continued growth and success of the pharmacy
Qualifications
* Be a registered pharmacist with AHPRA and hold all relevant requirements for up‐to‐date training and insurances
* Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Be proactive, reliable and solutions‐focused
* Be willing to work at least one evening shift per week
* Weekend availability and training in vaccinations and full‐scope services is desirable, but not essential.
