Global Vision Recruitment on behalf of Regency Beach Club Date Posted: 12th May 2026 Position: Motel Manager Salary: $75,000 to $85,000 per annum plus 12% superannuation Hours: 38 hours per week Mode: Full time Location: 77 Gifford Road, Dunsborough, WA, 6281 Experience required: Minimum of 1 year relevant management experience within a motel, hotel, resort, or hospitality environment Regency Beach Club is seeking an experienced and motivated Motel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our beachfront accommodation property located in Dunsborough, Western Australia. Situated within the popular Margaret River tourism region, the business is known for delivering quality guest accommodation, exceptional customer service, and a relaxing holiday experience for both domestic and international visitors.
This is a full-time management position suited to a hospitality professional with strong leadership, operational, and customer service skills. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day motel operations, maintaining high guest satisfaction standards, and supporting the ongoing success and reputation of the business.
Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee all motel operations including reservations, reception, guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance coordination
* Supervise accommodation staff and ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer service are consistently maintained
* Coordinate property maintenance, security arrangements, landscaping, and general upkeep of motel facilities
* Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
* Oversee room occupancy, booking systems, pricing strategies, and front office administration
* Manage supplier relationships, purchasing activities, and operational budgets to support efficient business performance
* Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations, hospitality standards, and relevant licensing requirements
* Assist guests with local tourism information, transport arrangements, tour bookings, and recommendations regarding local attractions and activities
* Prepare operational reports, monitor financial performance, and support business planning activities
* Resolve guest concerns and operational issues in a professional and timely manner
Qualifications
* Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field
* Minimum of 1 year relevant management experience within a motel, hotel, resort, or hospitality environment
Skills & Requirements
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Experience managing accommodation operations, guest services, and staff supervision
* Knowledge of booking systems, reservations management, and hospitality operations
* Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements and hospitality compliance standards
