**The Job**:
Providing high level support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Operations Officer (COO), you'll be two steps ahead at all times and manage very busy schedules and business diaries end-to-end. Optimising their time, you will prioritise meetings, field incoming communication and manage diaries with a high level of competency and attention to detail. You'll be responsible for travel arrangements, assisting with the production of sensitive communication and ensuring both executives have everything they need to successfully and seamlessly perform at their best.

**Skills Required**:
With significant experience in a similar role, handling busy C-suite executives with extensive travel needs, you are a professional, personable and confident Executive Assistant and can demonstrate an ability to manage competing priorities well and think on your feet. Able to handle confidential matters sensitively and discreetly, you'll have a high degree of emotional intelligence and business acumen and can adapt to changing circumstances with ease. Proactive, goal oriented and with excellent attention to detail, you'll have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and sound time management skills. Advanced Microsoft Office skills and the ability to adapt to new technology quickly is also essential.
