THE ROLE
The Account Manager is a Full-Time position, based at Penrose, New Zealand. Reporting to Commercial Area Manager you will be the primary liaison between customers and the company, establishing enduring and mutually advantageous connections with key stakeholders, while actively seeking out products and solutions that align seamlessly with the customer's requirements.
In this role you will:
* Developing and implementing strategic plans and manage and grow existing accounts.
* Retaining customers and building strong, trusting relationships.
* Understanding client needs and identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio.
* Providing superior customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions.
* Proactively monitoring performance and proposing new ideas and processes
* Lead and partner with the sales team to improve their performance and reach targets.
* Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge of the Potters business, its offerings, products lines Cultivate and establish trust-based relationships with customers, ensuring respect and timely execution of tasks.
* Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.
