Senior Account Manager - Victoria
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to drive business growth and manage strategic customer relationships. This role focuses on developing long‐term partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering tailored, value‐driven solutions.
Responsibilities
* Primary customer interface responsible for the development of business and management of relationships with specific customers.
* Serve as the customer's ambassador, trusted advisor, and advocate; champion customers' needs and requirements within Honeywell.
* Develop and sustain long‐term customer relationships at all levels, including senior levels.
* Maintain a balanced approach to superior customer service and strategic account planning (including quarterly results and long‐term account goals).
* Act as the focal point for relationship strategies, account and sales plans, proposal strategies, and contract negotiations.
* Drive sales campaigns and business strategic initiatives, planning for account growth in the long term.
* Engage early in the customer buying process, diagnose customer needs, and tailor solutions to match.
* Identify new sales opportunities and provide consultative support by building value propositions for solutions within the account.
* Work closely with the management team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
* Be responsible for achievement of revenue, margin plans and economic value‐added goals.
Qualifications
* Five to seven years of sales experience in a technical sales capacity.
* Extensive experience building and maintaining relationships with customers.
* Background in account management or another client‐facing role (e.g., business development, project management, technical delivery).
* Experience in B2B sales, ideally in the utility sector or process industry.
* Customer engagement at senior levels; build long‐term strategic and executive relationships.
* Cross‐selling and consultative selling experience, collaborating with both clients and organization to drive a One-Honeywell approach.
* At least 5 years of experience required in lieu of a degree.
