Commencing in August 2026, we currently have an opportunity for Cleaners to join our workforce and play a key role in supporting the effective and efficient management of properties across Stockland's national portfolio at Rockhampton Town Centre, Rockhampton.
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes for our client and our communities.
What You'll Do
* Perform routine cleaning of facilities, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas.
* Clean and sanitise high-touch areas and replenish supplies as needed.
* Empty bins and dispose of waste in line with safety guidelines.
* Operate cleaning equipment safely and report any maintenance issues.
* Follow health and safety procedures while completing tasks efficiently and maintaining a professional approach.
What You'll Bring
* Previous experience in cleaning roles across commercial, residential, or similar environments.
* Knowledge of safe use of cleaning equipment and chemicals (use of polishers, scrubbers and buffers highly desirable).
* Understanding of workplace health and safety and basic sanitation practices.
* Good time management skills and ability to work independently.
* Ability to follow procedures, communicate effectively, and report issues as required.
* Must have Working with Children's Check or be willing to obtain.
* Prepared to undertake necessary pre-employment checks which includes National Police Check and medical.
