Analyse and interpret test results with a keen attention to detail and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide valuable insights and recommendations. Assist in the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment. Mentor and guide junior technicians, sharing expertise and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications / Skills
* Cert IV laboratory techniques or equivalent
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in geotechnical and construction materials testing.
* Proficiency in conducting a variety of laboratory tests and operating relevant equipment.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
* Ability to pass comprehensive pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen.
