We have an opportunity for an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our Reception team on a full-time basis.
The Corporate Receptionist is responsible for delivering polished and professional client and in-house reception services. The aim of the role is to create client service excellence in reception and concierge practices for our clients, employees, guests, community members and interview candidates, being at the heart of our reputation for exceptional guest services.
As the first point of contact, you'll set the tone for exceptional service. You will deliver polished, professional reception and concierge services that showcase our commitment to excellence. You'll be at the heart of our reputation for outstanding guest experiences.
You'll also support our travel team, collaborating with travel specialists, management companies, and hotel partners to ensure seamless journeys for our people.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver front-of-house services that impress and delight.

* Manage calls, emails, and reception communications.
* Assist with travel arrangements—from domestic trips to international stays.
What You'll Bring
* Previous corporate service experience (travel experience a bonus—training provided!).

* Tech-savvy with Microsoft tools and reception systems.
