**About the Role**
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced change manager to join our passionate Program RQ team on a 12 month contract.
The Change Manager is responsible for the planning, implementation, and embedment of change within the program. This role develops change management strategies, provides guidance and support to change stakeholder groups, and works within the documented change management standards to ensure a consistent approach to change across the organisation. The role will seek to gain an understanding of business requirements and customer needs, working collaboratively with key SMEs to gain sponsorship and advocacy for the change and align efforts with BOQ Group's strategic goals and priorities.
The Change Manager is accountable for developing key change artefacts, designing and implementing change strategies, managing change-related delivery risks, and measuring key change metrics to successfully deliver the expected change outcomes.
